ROAD-3 - Public Roads - Live Wildlife Collection

This protocol provides authorization for live wildlife collection in addition to salvage collection authorized under Protocols ROAD-1 and ROAD-2. All applicable prerequisite protocols must be referenced in permits that authorize live collection. This protocol authorizes activities that would otherwise be prohibited under Parks and Wildlife Code Section 62.0031.

• Condition ROAD-3.1
  Live wildlife collection activities shall comply with all conditions specified in Protocol ROAD-1 and, if applicable, Protocol ROAD-2.

Live Collection Authorization

• Condition ROAD-3.2
  Live wildlife collection is authorized in addition to deceased wildlife collection.
