Three free public boat ramps, a county park, and a Texas state park provide access to Lake Bob Sandlin, with additional services provided by a private marina. Camping is available in both parks.

Public Ramp 1
- Located northwest of the dam, adjacent to the Titus County Freshwater Supply District office. From Texas 271 south of Mt. Pleasant and north of Pittsburg, turn west onto FM 3417. Turn south on SW 37th Street, take the first right, then turn right again to ramp.

Barefoot Bay Marina
- Located in Barefoot Bay, southwest of the dam. Go west from Pittsburg on Texas 11, turn north on FM 1520. Go approximately 4 miles, cross Barefoot Bay and turn right (north) to marina.

Highway 21 Bridge South
- Located on the south shore at mid-lake. Go west from Pittsburg to Texas 21, go north 3.6 miles and turn left to the ramp before the bridge.
