Access permits are required for boaters and anglers. The annual permit is $120 ($65 for age 65 or older). A 3-day permit is $15. Permits may be purchased Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 pm at City Hall Room 250, 300 E. Shepard Avenue in Lufkin.
