Shore fishing access is limited to the area around the boat ramps and parks. There is no marina or boat rental. There are picnic sites, a bait shop, and fishing piers with ADA-accessible fishing. Lake Leon has excellent camping and lodging facilities including a full-service resort that features a wildlife park and cabins. Hotels are available in nearby Eastland.
