Rental of this facility includes waived entrance fees for up to 94 people. Tax is charged on this facility. Peak rate of $900 applies on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Non-peak rate of $650 applies Sunday through Thursday (excluding the holidays mentioned above.)
