Entrance fees for up to 94 people is included, $1 per additional person, per night. Tax is charged on this facility. Peak rate of $900 is charged on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends. Non-peak rate of $650 is charged Sunday through Thursday (excluding the holidays mentioned above.)
