Aug. 24, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No wood or charcoal fires allowed. You may use containerized fuel stoves (i.e. propane) for cooking only.
Low Lake Level
June 22, 2026 - Buescher's lake is lower than normal. There is no view of or access to the lake from the cabins or from the Oak Haven and Lakeview campgrounds. Fishing is still available at the day-use picnic and canoe launch areas.
