Accessibility Information

Caddo Lake The park has a wheelchair accessible fishing pier. Two of the park cabins and some of the campsites are accessible,  as well as some of the group facilities, an interpretive trail, and the picnic area. 

Cabins 3 and 7 are considered accessible to wheelchairs, with cement pathways to the cabin, and other accessible features, including a kitchen counter that is two inches lower than standard and an accessible bathroom that includes a bathtub with handrails plus an ADA shower, and a commode that is three inches higher than standard.

The Group Hall with Kitchen, is considered accessible; it has a cement trail from the parking area and the hall is navigable in a wheelchair. 

Screened Shelters 13 and 15 in Squirrel Haven, Full Hookup Campsites 18 and 21 in Woodpecker Hollow, and Campsites with Electricity 49 and 54 in Mill Pond, 34 in Armadillo Run, and 38 in Squirrel Haven, are all designed for wheelchair access with a cement trail from the parking area, around the site; including access to the raised fire ring, upright grill, electrical connection, water spigot and a picnic table designed for wheelchair access. The picnic table inside the screened shelters is not designed specifically for wheelchairs, the one outside is.
