Centennial Parks: Construction Projects Information
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is hosting a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) roundtable focused on the development of new Texas State Parks using the Centennial Parks Conservation Fund. The event will be on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. – noon at TPWD’s Austin Headquarters at 4200 Smith School Road, Austin, Texas 78744.
We encourage all interested general contractors, subcontractors, specialty trades, consultants and firms interested in CMR delivery or construction contracting opportunities to attend.
We will provide attendees with an overview of our upcoming Centennial projects and important contracting requirements, focusing on the CMR delivery method. The goal is to ensure that attendees have the information needed to prepare for the upcoming projects, which we will begin advertising in early 2026. The event will include a Q&A session with networking time to connect potential prime and subcontractors.
Please register online by 5 pm on Jan. 8, 2026.
