Aug. 21, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No wood or charcoal fires are allowed. You may cook with containerized fuel stoves.
Trail Closures
The Prairie Trail, equestrian parking, and overflow parking will be closed on the following dates:
Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
All other trails are open. Due to debris and safety hazards, do not create or use social trails and stay on the official trails marked on the park trail map.
Water Alert
July 21, 2026 - Please help conserve water when visiting. Bring drinking water for your visit.
Park Closures
