Career ladder advancement

  • 4 years of service or more requires an Intermediate TCOLE license and overall meets or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
  • 8 years of service or more requires an Advanced TCOLE license and overall meets or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
  • 12 years of service or more requires an Advanced TCOLE license and overall meets or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
  • 16 years of service or more requires an Master TCOLE license and overall meets or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
  • 20 years of service or more requires an Master TCOLE license and overall meets or higher on the annual performance evaluation.
