Aug. 25, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No wood or charcoal fires allowed. You may use containerized fuel stoves (i.e. propane) for cooking only.

The water/electric campground will be closed on the following dates for a construction project:

Jan. 1, 2027 - Feb. 28, 2027
Park Closures
The park will be closed on the following dates:
10 p.m. on Nov. 21 to 2 p.m. on Nov. 24
10 p.m. on Dec. 13 to 2 p.m. on Dec. 17
10 p.m. on Jan. 18 to 2 p.m. on Jan. 22
Only permitted hunters will be allowed on these dates.

Reservations Recommended
Guarantee entrance by making reservations for day passes or campsites before visiting on weekends, school breaks and holidays. Permits often sell out for these busy times.
