Burn Ban

Aug. 10, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No wood or charcoal fires are allowed. You may cook with containerized fuel stoves.

Area Closures

The primitive area and Beaver Slide Trail will be closed on the following dates:

• 10 p.m. on Oct. 23 to noon on Oct. 24
• 10 p.m. on Jan. 8 to noon on Jan. 9
• 10 p.m. on Jan. 22 to noon on Jan. 23

Only permitted hunters will be allowed on these dates.
