Numerous boat ramps and camping areas are located around the lake. Most are operated by the San Angelo Parks & Recreation Department; a few are private businesses. Fees are charged for some ramps and camping facilities. Camping is also available at San Angelo State Park, located on the shores of O.C. Fisher Lake.
