Frequently Asked Questions

Hunting

Is it legal for me to park my truck on my side of the fence with the radio blaring so the deer won't come to the feeders located across the fence on my neighbor's property while a person is hunting?

No. You would be violating the Sportsman's Rights Act. Section 62.0125(c), Parks and Wildlife Code, provides that "No person may intentionally interfere with another person lawfully engaged in the process of hunting or catching wildlife." Furthermore, no person may intentionally harass, drive, or disturb any wildlife for the purpose of disrupting a person lawfully engaged in the process of hunting or catching wildlife.
