Burn Ban

Feb. 2, 2026 - The park is under a burn ban. No ash-producing fires (wood or charcoal) are allowed. You may use containerized fuel stoves for cooking.

Construction Alert

We will begin replacing the deck at headquarters on Feb. 16, 2026. The deck, restrooms, ice and water fountain will be closed.

Potable water is located between headquarters and the west parking lot. Bottled water is also for sale at the park store during regular business hours.

Conserve Water

Please use water wisely when you visit. Bring your own drinking water or you can buy bottled water at headquarters.

Reservations Required

Advanced reservations for day passes and overnight stays are required on weekends, school breaks and holidays. While not required on regular weekdays, we usually reach capacity every day. Guarantee your entry by reserving passes online or calling the customer service center before you visit.
