Burn Ban

April 5, 2026 - The areas of the park in Llano County, which includes the Group Pavilion, are under a burn ban. No ash-producing fires (wood or charcoal) are allowed at the Group Pavilion. All other areas of the park, including the campground, are no longer under a burn ban.

Conserve Water

Please use water wisely when you visit. Bring your own drinking water or you can buy bottled water at headquarters.

Reservations Required

Advanced reservations for day passes and overnight stays are required on weekends, school breaks and holidays. While not required on regular weekdays, we usually reach capacity every day. Guarantee your entry by reserving passes online or calling the customer service center before you visit.
