Burn Ban

Oct. 14, 2025 - The park is under a burn ban. No ash-producing fires (wood or charcoal) are allowed. You may use containerized fuel stoves for cooking.

Headquarters Closure

Park headquarters will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 22 & Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025 for staff training. Please make reservations online or use the self-pay station.

Park Closures

The park will be closed on the following dates for wildlife management activities:

• Noon Nov. 16 to 2 p.m. Nov. 21
• Noon Nov. 30 to 2 p.m. Dec. 5
• Noon Jan. 18 to 2 p.m. Jan. 23, 2026

Only hunters with permits will be able to enter during these times.
