Built by the CCC, this historic building has a covered picnic pavilion with a patio overlooking the river. Inside is a small dining area and kitchen, both heated and air-conditioned. We collect a $100 cleaning deposit when you reserve this facility.

Beautiful, secluded setting, bordered on three sides by the San Marcos River. Although the site has room for 100 people, it only has parking for 25 cars. No additional parking is available.
