I. Discussion: Wildlife Division Director Gary Graham will discuss the patterns and trends in hunting licenses sales during the past 30 years. The number of hunting license buyers has been in decline since 1982 when it peaked at approximately 1.25 million licenses sold. A detailed analysis of various distributions describing hunting license buyers will be presented along with some efforts made by other states, and some possible solutions that could reverse current trends.
