We have accessible equipment and facilities to help you enjoy the park.
Equipment

The park has two GRIT Freedom Chairs available for use in the park and on the trails. Contact the park to ask to borrow one for your visit. Check with park staff about trails best suited for GRIT chair usage.
The park also has an ADA Kayak Transfer Bench and Chariot to help those with mobility impairments enjoy kayaking on the lake. Contact the park for more information and to request its use for your visit.

Facilities
Most bathrooms in the park, including at headquarters, have accessible features like grab bars in toilets and showers; roll-in showers with fold-down seats and lowered controls.
The park has two fishing piers that are wheelchair accessible; both have cement paths from designated parking to the piers. The piers are made from wood planks and have side railings with lowered sections for seated anglers. Accessible restrooms are nearby.

The boat ramp and the park store have designated parking and sidewalk access. Accessible restrooms are in the area..
The park has two playgrounds with wheelchair accessible cement paths to the play area. The playground area has a sandy surface that can be difficult for wheelchairs to travel on.
The following campsites are designated as accessible, with a cement path from the paved parking area to picnic table, elevated fire ring, upright grill and nearby accessible bathrooms.
- Drive-up Campsites with Electricity: 46, 58, 76, 212, 213 and 283
- Walk-in Campsites with Electricity: 219 and 220
- Campsites with Water: 322, 339 and 346
Cabin 1 is wheelchair accessible. It has cement paths from the paved parking area to picnic table, elevated fire ring, upright grill, the interior of the cabin and nearby accessible bathrooms.
The Group Pavilion has a wheelchair accessible cement ramp from the parking area to the facility. The parking area is damaged but useable. Accessible restrooms are in the area.
There are no completely ADA compliant trails at this park.
Keep in mind that nature can play havoc with accessible facilities outdoors. Always contact the park before you visit to ask about accessible features that are important to you.
