Group Hall with Kitchen

A credit card deposit of $200 is required at check-in. The rental fee is $200 per day Monday - Thursday, and $350 per day Friday - Sunday. If you rent the hall for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, you get a 20% discount. The entrance fee for group hall users is discounted to $2. The group hall has a large indoor common area (about 1,000 square feet), a large stone patio with an overlook, a small private room, an accessible restroom with shower, men's and women's restrooms, and a full kitchen. Chairs and tables are included in the rental fee, and you may bring more if needed. The kitchen has a commercial stove and oven, and commercial refrigerator and freezer. No cooking or eating utensils are included. Microwaves are not allowed. Fires are not allowed in fireplace. Public parking is available nearby but is not reservable. Only the use of the group hall is guaranteed, public outdoor spaces cannot be reserved. If you'd like a tour of the hall, call (512) 398-3479 before visiting to schedule.
