Rex Walker is an International Federation of Fly Fishers (IFFF) certified casting instructor, a member of TFO Rod's pro staff and the casting instructor for the Dallas Fly Fishers and the Red River Fly Fishers. He has helped with the fly-casting lessons at Fly Fish Texas for more than twelve years.
